We offer free shipping on all orders, delivered straight from our Cairo warehouse.
Delivery Window

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Standard delivery across Egypt takes 4–7 business days after shipment.
Business Days

Monday–Friday, excluding Egyptian national holidays.

The “ship date” is not counted; transit time starts the next business day.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery window—or arrives damaged—contact us at support@beyours-eg.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged).
We’ll work with the carrier to resend your order or issue a full refund.
