Returns & Exchanges for Be Yours Korean Skincare Products

  1. Eligibility
    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your product is:

      • Damaged or defective

      • Incorrect (wrong item or variant)

      • Unwanted (you have buyer’s remorse)

  2. Condition of Returns

    • All return items must be unused, with original seals and packaging fully intact.

    • Products showing signs of use, missing parts, or broken seals are not eligible for return.

  3. How to Initiate

    • Email support@beyours-eg.com or send us a direct message on our verified social‑media channels within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Include: order number, product name(s), reason for return, and photos if reporting damage or defects.

    • We will acknowledge within 3 business days and provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).

  4. Return Shipping

    • For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.

    • For buyer’s remorse returns, you are responsible for return shipping; we recommend using a trackable service.

  5. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–5 business days), we will process:

      • Refunds to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees for buyer’s remorse).

      • Exchanges shipped at no extra cost if you request the same product in a different variant (subject to availability).

    • You will receive email confirmation when your refund or exchange ships.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Products marked “final sale” or “non‑returnable” on their product page.

  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

  • Items returned outside the 48‑hour window or not in their original condition.
